1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Einher, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Einher. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of anything you post. By posting, you give Einher a license to display, distribute, and store that content as part of operating the app. You're responsible for what you post.

4. Fitness disclaimer

Einher is a social platform for sharing workouts and challenges — it is not medical or fitness professional advice. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise program.

5. Conduct

Don't use Einher to harass others, post illegal or hateful content, impersonate someone else, post false fitness data, or spam/scrape the service.

6. Marketplace purchases

Einher includes a marketplace (the "Store") where independent vendors sell products directly to buyers. Einher is not the seller. Each vendor is the seller of record for their own products. Einher provides the platform, payment infrastructure (via Mollie), and marketplace discovery, but is not a party to the sale contract between you and the vendor. Payments are processed by Mollie. By making a purchase, you also agree to Mollie's applicable terms for payment processing. Product accuracy, fulfillment, and returns are the vendor's responsibility — see our Vendor Terms for what we require of vendors. Your consumer rights under applicable law (including EU distance-selling and consumer protection rules, where applicable) apply to marketplace purchases as they would to any online purchase. If a vendor doesn't resolve an issue with your order, contact us at hello@einher.be. Marketplace payments are not yet live as of this version of the Terms; this section will be expanded with concrete payout/refund mechanics before that feature ships.

7. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Einher is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Einher and [YOUR REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME] aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, including damages arising from marketplace transactions between you and a vendor.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
